Arrived at above property address and was informed that leak on hot supply.
Dampness in the hall and bathroom directly across from the main entrance.
Found the storage tank constantly running.
Sounded with acoustic equipment and found noise on the hot supply under the bath in the shared bathroom.
Used Air to clear hot supply pipes then carried out pressure test on hot supply and verified that pressure dropped
from 2.5 bar to zero in 5 minutes.
Then put gas into the hot supply and detected gas where the hot supply pipe was traced close to the bathroom in the neighbouring
bedroom as shown in the photo.
Advise to investigate in bedroom side first through laminate flooring.
Possible leak under the wall at a Lodge
Bedroom = walls paint plaster laminate flooring
Bathroom = walls paint plaster tiled floor tiled walls
Advise to carryout an investigation in the bedroom first however to
repair leak possible investigation may have to happen in the bathroom also.
