Arrived at the property and was informed pressure dropping on the heating system over 24 hours
Heating had been on 3 hours before our arrival so were able to trace the pipes.
Then an air compressor releases water and clears the system so gas can be used.
Went through our house on all marked areas and after 1 hour located gas in the sunroom where pipes enter the house.
There were exposed elbows in the middle of the sunroom tiled floor, however, a leak located 1 meter close to the entrance to the sunroom on a 28 mm poly pipe elbow fitting.
Tighted fitting and informed the property owner to monitor pressure over the next 48 hours. Then have the plumber remove these elbows and have them under the flag outside.
Areas Damaged
Sunroom = walls paint, plaster, tiled floor
Other Comments
Advise to monitor pressure for 48 hours and have plumber replaced and
remove the elbow where they enter the house.
