Arrived at above property address and was informed of dampness on walls in utility, kitchen, bedroom, and hall.
Checked the tanks on arrival and the heating had been on 2 hours before my arrival.
Property owners did not use water 1 hour before I arrived also.
No movement on tanks in the roof space and the header tank with heating off.
Carried out pressure test on mains isolated mains going in roofspace by fitting stop end.
Pressure drops on the mains supply when turning off the stop valve at the rear footpath.
Used Air compressor to clear line then used gas to detect where leak was.
After 20 minutes gas was detected under kitchen units.
The property owner advised the Leak Detector not to lift tiles and expose the leak in the floor area before the insurance assessor inspected the damage caused.
Areas Damaged

Master bedroom = walls paint plaster laminate flooring
Hall= walls paint plaster laminate flooring
