Upon arrival, I was taken to apartment 118A where it was thought the leak was in the ceiling or wall. The leak was very loud and I could hear it with my ear. It was clear to me the leak was in fact in the ground. I then turned of the internal mains and the leak was still occurring. I then turned off the mains at the toby box. And the noise instantly stopped. With the customer’s permission, I dug an investigation hole where all the noise was. The leak was located on 7 pound LED. As shown in pictures.

- Hallway walls and floor
- Bathroom floor and walls
Other Comments:
- The customer’s plumber is coming to fix the leak.
