After entering the property I damp tested around. There were voided floors . So my damp testing was limited.
I then went and checked both tanks in the attic. The header tank had a drip every few seconds. After this. I used my infared
camera throughout. This method gave me no indication of a leak underground. I then began using my acoustic equipment on all
pipes. In the process of doing this I located the leak on a 15mm compression fitting. Just under the carpet. As shown in pictures.

Living room walls and carpet
Other Comments:
I have stopped the leak by tighten the connection. But would recommend
that the connection be replaced. As it could happen again.
